Version 6.0 is round the corner

Our new version 6.0 release of Smarthub is coming out this month!

In this upcoming release, we’re introducing a brand-new feature called the Servicehub. This comprehensive tool serves as a central management platform, empowering administrators to efficiently assign tasks to staff members, handle service requests, and oversee various system components all from one convenient location.

These components include Projects, Workshops, Pre Planned Maintenance (PPM), PAT Testing, and more. Existing customers will receive notifications shortly once the upgrade is available. However, if you believe the Servicehub could benefit your organisation, don’t hesitate to reach out for a quick demonstration.

In addition to Servicehub, version 6.0 also includes a variety of QOL improvements, additional features, performance improvements and more.

Some of the key highlights of our new update include:

Popup Alerts – A new type of alert can now be created in the Alerts tool. These alerts can be triggered to appear on selected pages for specified users. This can be useful for advertising new equipment or workshops, displaying introductory videos, or sharing important news.

Interactive Reports – Our new reporting tool to analyse system data in-depth using filtering and charts.

Default Homepage – Users now have the ability to set their own default homepage to land on when they log in. This can be set and changed within your ‘My Account’ settings.

We will be sending out invites to book in an upgrade to version 6.0 in the coming weeks so stay tuned for more details.

Smartlab Update
